Hey, i’m pretty new in aggressive skating, so i have little question for you guys.
I seem to have i bit problems with my soul grind, when i have all 4 wheels on my skates. When i move the middle-wheels on my skates, the problem seems to be solved.
The problem is that when i have all wheels on, the middle-wheel on my soul-foot wont move, cause the wheel hits the sidewalk, and it dont do that if i take off the wheel.
So my question is – Would it be better to take of the middle-wheels or should i keep them on?

Hope you know what i meen. English is not my language, so there may be some wrong spelling :)

you should be able to find grind wheels in pretty much most skate shops.

If you’re in mainland Europe – try Ignition

I’m going to create a list of shops around the world, people can enter shops in their post and I’ll add it to the list. Personal experiences are welcome too.

grind wheels are super hard wheels, either mad of plastic or eurethan which is hardness around/above 90a.

They are a diameter of 47mm

you have an example of grind wheels here: http://www.ignitionshop.com/show_department.php?department_id=90

as u see they are at least 100a (hardness) so they are almost like plastic but they slide

Avatar FlareXII Administrator 303 post(s) Moderator

I would say, the better the duro (hardness) the better they slide. Grindwheels of 100a still might stick.
