Library mall has some decent rails, ledges, and gaps. The main "stage" has three huge stairs (equivalent of 6 or 7 normal stairs) that make a great little gap. There are also some 5-stairs and 8-stairs. Near the "stage" is a bunch of waxed marble ledges. They're a part of the Historical Society building, and quite hard to miss. Directions

Easy as hell to find. Just go to the east end of State Street and you're pretty much there. State street comes to a "T" intersection with Lake Street; just continue across Lake Street as if State street kept going.
